1. Enter your email address and CAPTCHA to request a password reset.
2. The password must be 10 characters or more and include at least one upper case and one lower case character, one digit and one symbol.
3. Password cannot be changed more than once within 24 hours.
4. The password has not been used in previous 8 password changes.
